The Lusher School
The Lusher Charter School has been partnered with the foundation since the inception of the foundation. Lusher hosts the Positive Vibrations Foundation’s June concert and Masters’ series for all students enrolled in the Lusher Summer Arts and Music Intensives. Performers have included Trombone Shorty and Orleans Avenue, Amanda Shaw, Chubby Carrier, The Soul Rebels Brass Band, The Panorama Jazz Band, Big Chief Alfred Doucette, the Cliff Hines Quintet, The John Mahoney Big Band, Renard PocheĀ“, and The 101 Runners with Big Chief Monk Boudreaux & Chris Jones.

Positive Vibrations Foundation is proud to have provided all of the instruments and audio equipment for the 2012 and 2013 camps. The Louis Satchmo Armstrong Summer Jazz Camp is a preeminent jazz education program developing the next generation of jazz artists and preserving the great American art form.
